In reply to Usman Khurshid. Classical parental control Time Boss has versions for Windows and Android. I use it. I have a suspicion that my roommate sometimes uses my computer without my permission. ;) I can control my computer from my Android phone, it is very convenient, especially when I go away from home for the weekend. It records all activity and takes screenshots. Everything works smoothly, I can recommend

I use OpenDNS as filtering software on son’s computer
(and additionally the classical parental control Time Boss Pro)
I think that is the easiest way to block harmful websites
and to limit websites by time.
