Win11Geek you’re right. There was a lot of confusion surrounding which version of OneNote will stay. Actually, the UWP platform Microsoft tried to force onto app developers didn’t succeed. Microsoft moved OneNote to the UWP platform, releasing OneNote for Windows 10. Right now, if you are using Windows 11, you should use OneNote and not OneNote for Windows 10. OneNote for Windows 10 is deprecated, while the OneNote app will continue to be developed.

Last year when I checked, Microsoft had decided to replace OneNote with OneNote for Windows 10. But now I’ve learned that Microsoft has reversed its decision and will continue with OneNote and not it has become a part of Microsoft 365. If you download the latest Office suite, it will come with the latest version of OneNote? Is this the same as OneNote for Windows 10?
I’m using Windows 11 and when I search for OneNote, it brings two entries: OneNote and OneNote for Windows 10. Which one should I be using???

One tip from me too: Enclose a page name in double square brackets to create a hyperlink to it. Also works to create a new page & link. For example: [[TestPage]] will create a new page called “TestPage” and create a hyperlink to the new page.
