After running this link through windows powershell using Add-AppxPackage on the EAppx file, I get this error Add-AppxPackage : Deployment failed with HRESULT: 0x80073CFD, A Prerequisite for an install could not be satisfied. Windows cannot install package GoogleInc.YouTube_1.4.156.70_x64__yfg5n0ztvskxp because this package is not compatible with the device. The package can only be installed on the following device families: Windows.Xbox – also, the version of the link I see now is different from yours – perhaps they have patched it now to not allow us to download it.

in fact the file that is available at least to me and almost everyone who commented is EAPPX, send me an email and I can attach it to you, if your scan showing APPX please send me an email that would be of great help (forgive some flaws in my English).
