In reply to Yvan. This means that most probably the required tools are already installed on your PC. Try installing codecs and other multimedia functionality tools specified in the article from Microsoft Store.

In reply to Yvan Gauthier. Hi Yvan, it seems like you are not running the Windows 10 N edition. If that is the case, the media feature pack should come pre-installed with the Operating System.

Also:
In Control Panel > Programs > Programs and Features > Turn Windows features on or off, I have Media feature list, but inside of it I only have windows media player listed.

I have tried to turn it off and back on has I read on another website without success. :)

Please help me my friend, I wanna play PlayStation on my pc ~~

Hello Usman, thanks for the article, but it didn’t worked for me.

I’ve updated my windows to the latest version that I could.
OS Name Microsoft Windows 10 Famille(family)
Version 10.0.19042 Build 19042.662
BIOS Version/Date Dell Inc. A14, 2019-05-31
Win Version: 20H2

I’ve updated all my drivers, for my bios and other device as mentioned on others site.

I’ve installed Windows media players from the Optional features list and I opened it.

Restarted my pc, and I still cannot find the media feature pack in the Optional features list.

Is there something that is preventing me from installing it? A registery thing or anything else.
