Nice piece of software, I downloaded it, clean interface, still testing it, but for your work and reasonable price. I am paying it. Support people who are trying to bring solutions to rest of us.

I used Picasa for many many years, and unfortunately is now obsolete. I was not even able to download an older version. So, with that said, does anybody know of any photo manager/editor that would compare to Picasa?

I’m still using Picasa 3 in 2020. I’m only looking for alternatives now because its playing the mp4’s from my phone upside down for some reason.

I didn’t and won’t sign up with a MS account to install windows, sure not going to do it to test a photo app.

It looks quite nice Thomas. I’m going to install and try (and probably buy) your app. It’s one of the few that implements face recognition, and that’ one of my requirements.

What’s the joke? Do you use a smartphone? Do you install apps on it? Have you asked Google or Apple if they were joking???

I wanted to try your program. But to do so I need to register a Microsoft account. Are you joking?

Picasa worked that way, and you only got more copies of images when you exported them (which you could then delete after uploading somewhere to sending for prints, because the program could always recreate the final image using the original plus the metadata).

I’ve looked at several of the programs referenced above and in the comments, but it isn’t always easy to tell from the documentation how the storage works. I already have too many hard drives full of pictures as it is without duplicates!

Thanks!
