February 2022 brings new updates for a lot of different software. Intel has also released updates for their Wi-Fi and Bluetooth devices, which upgrade their drivers to versions 22.110.1 and 22.110.2, respectively. These updates fix a few known issues users may be facing, and since this is an update directly from the manufacturer, these are reliable and free from any major bugs.
That said, this release by Intel does not include updates for the following device families:
- Intel Wireless 7265 Family (Rev.C)
- Intel Dual Band Wireless-AC 3160
- Intel Wireless 7260
This is because these devices will be discontinued on June 1st, 2022. You can read more about this announcement by Intel here.

Unlike the previous Bluetooth driver releases, Intel has released only a single Bluetooth driver which is compatible with Windows 11, Windows 10 64-Bit, and Windows 10 32-Bit. Click on the link below to download the driver.

How to Install Intel Wi-Fi and Bluetooth Drivers
Once you have downloaded the respective driver(s), the process to install it is simple.
Note: The process for installing both Wi-Fi and Wireless Bluetooth drivers is almost the same as the example given below. In the case of the Wireless Bluetooth driver, you may need to perform an additional step to choose the type of installation. If so, select “Typical.”
- Run the downloaded .exe file by double-clicking it. The installation wizard will now launch. On the first screen, click Next.
- Next, agree to the End User License Agreement by checking the box below and then click Install.
- The driver will then begin installation and the process should not take more than more than a minute. When done, click Finish.
The driver will now be successfully installed, automatically replacing the older version.
Alternatively, you can also upgrade to the latest Intel drivers using Intel Driver and Support Assistant.
Intel Wi-Fi Driver v22110.1 Changelog
Intel had already added support for Windows 11 in the last few releases. This update brings only 2 new fixes for Windows 10. Below are the details:
- Windows 10
- The occasional disconnection of Wi-Fi has been fixed, which resulted in an event log ID 5002, 5005, or 5007, in the Event Viewer.
- Loss of internet connectivity after requthentication while using WPA2-Enterprise security has been fixed. This usually occured on Wi-Fi 6 and Wi-Fi 6E wireless adapters.

Intel Wireless Bluetooth Driver v22.110.2 Changelog
The following changes and fixes are implemented with this version of the Bluetooth driver:
- Some fixes have been made to improve the quality of autdio streaming via Bluetooth.
- The Bluetooth connection for calls made between the PC and a phone while using the Your Phone app has been improved.
- The issue of a Bluetooth mouse or keyboard not working if trying to use it after leaving it idle for a few minutes has been fixed.
- Some functional updates have also been introduced with this release.
